This Privacy Policy describes how this service ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software, integrations, or connect a third-party account (including, where applicable, TikTok) to our tools.

1. Who we are

We operate automation and integration tooling that connects to third-party platforms and services on behalf of an authorized business operator. This policy applies to any data processed through those integrations.

2. Information we collect

Depending on which integration you authorize, we may collect and process:

• Account identifiers and authorization tokens (e.g., OAuth access/refresh tokens) needed to connect to a third-party platform on your behalf;
• Basic profile information made available by that platform's API (such as a display name or account ID) strictly to identify and operate the connected account;
• Content and metadata you explicitly authorize us to read or manage through the integration (for example, posts, listings, or account settings relevant to the service);
• Standard technical logs (timestamps, request identifiers, error data) needed to operate and troubleshoot the integration.

We do not collect information beyond what is necessary to provide the specific integration you authorize, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

3. How we use information

Information is used solely to:

• operate the specific integration or automation you have authorized;
• maintain the security, reliability, and auditability of that automation;
• diagnose and fix technical issues.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties except as strictly required to operate the integration itself (for example, passing your request to the platform whose API you connected).

4. Data retention

We retain authorization tokens and related data only for as long as the integration remains active, plus a limited period for audit and security logging. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data security

Access credentials are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and protected by multi-factor authentication. Every privileged or state-changing action is recorded in an internal, tamper-evident audit log.

6. Third-party platforms

When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok, Etsy, or Printify), that platform's own privacy policy and terms also govern how it handles your data. This policy only covers our own handling of data on our side of that connection.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or revoke an authorization at any time, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete data we are not otherwise required to retain.

8. Children's privacy

This service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
